Publishing a form

Go to your project's Publish tab, enter an Address (the last part of your form's URL), and click Publish. Your form is then live at codeblockstudio.net/form/your-address, reachable by anyone with the link, no account required to respond.

Choosing an address

Addresses are shared across every published form on the platform, if yours is taken, pick a different one, you'll see an error telling you so rather than silently overwriting someone else's form.

A custom domain

A Form Builder project can be reached at your own domain too, connected the same way as any other project type, see the Custom Domain article in Projects & Publishing.

Setting a favicon

Set a favicon in Settings to show your own icon on the published form's browser tab instead of the default one, useful if the form lives at your own domain or you just want it to feel like part of your brand.

After a respondent submits

By default a respondent sees a built in confirmation screen after submitting. Set a Redirect URL in Settings to send them to a page of your own instead, useful for a custom thank you page or continuing them into another part of your site.

Updating an already-published form

Editing fields in the Build tab after publishing doesn't go live automatically, go back to Publish and click Update Published Form to push your latest changes to the live URL. This also means you can safely make changes without affecting the currently-live version until you're ready.

Unpublishing

Click Unpublish to take your form offline, its address is freed up and the live URL stops accepting responses, previously collected responses aren't affected.
