Every response submitted to your published form appears in the project's Responses tab, newest first, with pagination once you have more than a page's worth.
Searching
Use the search box to filter responses by their content. Search currently covers the 50 most recent responses until a broader database update rolls out, worth knowing if you're searching an especially high-volume form.
Opening a single response
Click a response to open its full detail view, every field's complete answer, not just the shortened preview shown in the list.
Deleting a response
Click Delete on a response and confirm, this is permanent, there's no way to recover a deleted response afterward.
Exporting to CSV or PDF
Click Export CSV to download every response as a spreadsheet-ready file, one column per field plus a Submitted At timestamp. Click Export PDF for the same data laid out as a document instead, generated for you on the spot and never stored on our servers, useful for sharing a readable copy or keeping your own archive.
The Analytics tab
Switch to the project's Analytics tab for a breakdown of your existing responses, one per field, a bar chart for fields with a fixed set of choices, a distribution for ratings and numbers, and so on, so you can see the shape of your results without exporting anything.
Guarding against accidental double submits
A published form remembers, in the respondent's own browser only, that they already submitted it, and gently discourages submitting the same form again from that browser. This is a convenience for honest mistakes like a double click, not a security measure, and nothing about it is sent to or stored by CodeBlock Studio.
Tip: A published form is protected the same way every other public form on the platform is, rate limiting, a hidden honeypot field, and a CAPTCHA check, so responses in this tab are real people, not automated spam.
